• Develop, implement and evaluate communications strategies and programs
Main Requirements:

• Experience in digital and marketing communications with a focus on social media
• Excellent writing and editing skills
User Experience Designer
Main Duties:
• Creating mock-ups and wireframes
• Work closely with developers to ensure feasibility and accurate implementation
• Determine the medium best suited to produce the desired visual effect
• Improve our Web App development process
Main Requirements:
• Relevant degree/certificate in UX or UI design
• At least 3 years of experience
• Excellent proficiency with Adobe XD, Illustrator, and the Adobe Creative Suite in general
Client Support Representative
Main Duties:
• Communicate electronically with users experiencing difficulties
• Provide advice to users in response to identified difficulties
• Consult user guides, technical manuals and other documents to research and implement solutions
• Provide exceptional customer service
Main Requirements:
• Completion of Grade 12 required, with some postsecondary education preferred
• Good negotiation and communications skills
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
